We bring the precision of a specialist with the accountability of a licensed general contractor.
Vencon Construction is a San Francisco-based general contractor specializing in doors, frames, hardware, finish carpentry, and casework for multi-unit residential and commercial projects across the Bay Area.
We hold a California General B license and deploy skilled journeymen and apprentices through North Coast States Carpenters Union. As a certified Micro-LBE and SBE firm, we help project teams meet participation goals on public and affordable housing projects — without sacrificing quality, schedule, or communication.
Our leadership brings 20+ years of Northern California construction experience, from apprentice to superintendent. We know what it takes to deliver clean work on a tight schedule because we've been doing it from the field up.
Services
Four core divisions, all delivered with union labor and dedicated project management.
Hollow metal, wood, and aluminum doors and frames for commercial and residential scopes. Full supply and install — we coordinate with hardware suppliers to deliver turnkey door packages on schedule.
Baseboard, casing, window sills, chair rail, stair skirt, handrails, and decorative trim.
Kitchen cabinets, bathroom vanities, closet systems, and architectural wood paneling for multi-unit residential. We install to spec and coordinate with countertop and appliance trades.
Licensed California General B contractor. Available as prime or specialty contractor depending on project needs.

Dedicated project management and skilled union carpenters on-site. Daily logs, clean work areas, and proactive communication with your superintendent.
We self-inspect before you do. Punch list items addressed within 48 hours. As-builts, warranties, and final documentation delivered at project completion.
