Vencon was founded in San Francisco in 2023 by builders with more than 20 years of combined Northern California construction experience, from apprentice through superintendent.
We are a licensed California General B contractor, SF Micro-LBE and SBE, DIR registered, and signatory with the Northern California Carpenters Regional Council.
Vencon serves as a prime contractor on select projects and as a specialty trade partner on larger public, affordable housing, institutional and commercial projects.
Construction Services
Vencon can lead select projects as a General B contractor or support larger project teams with self-performed specialty scopes.
Hollow metal, wood, aluminum, FRP and storefront openings. Complete packages coordinated through established suppliers, including submittals, field verification, installation, adjustment and punch.
Base, casing, window sills, chair rail, stair skirts, handrails and architectural trim installed by experienced union carpenters.
Kitchen cabinets, vanities, closet systems and architectural wood paneling coordinated with adjacent finishes and field conditions.
Services include preconstruction, procurement, trade coordination, field supervision, schedule management, quality control and closeout for select projects where Vencon serves as the prime contractor.

We review drawings, specifications, addenda, schedules and supplier proposals together. Scope gaps are identified before they become field costs.
Ratings, hardware, keying, access control, frame conditions and lead times are tracked through RFIs, submittals and coordination.
Union crews work to the project look-ahead, document field conditions, maintain clean work areas and coordinate daily with the superintendent.
We self-inspect, complete punch, and deliver warranties and final documentation required for closeout.

Our leadership brings 20+ years of Northern California construction experience, from apprentice to superintendent. We know what it takes to deliver clean work on a tight schedule because we've been doing it from the field up.
